Hello I'm having a problem diagnosing my no heat / AC.
I have a
4runner 1999 Limited 6cyl 4x4
Constant buzzing under dash with heat on or off.

01 eclipse blow fuse fuel pump replace fuse drove for 3 days blow fuse again unplug fuel pump still blows fuse.if i take out relay will not blow fuse
