5 Star's no issues I choose 3- 4 shipping days I got it in 4 days and it was the right charger don't let any of these bad reviews turn you away from this site and its awesome deals just because it happened with them doesn't mean the same outcome will happen to you I got the right order and if I should need another replacement later on down the road for future laptop chargers this is the first place I'm going to.

I live in Crete, Greece so buy many items via the Internet. I ordered and paid for a MAC charger on 14 December 2016 and have received neither the charger nor my money back. Just a series of emails telling me the item was despatched however the tracking information never arrived. I was then informed in February that my address was international so I would receive a refund. No refund as yet... I would not recommend this company.

Had such a terrible experience with this company. Ordered a charger, took two weeks to arrive so I no longer needed it. Sent it back and I never received my refund, despite emailing and calling them for 3 months. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a charger for an older mac computer and specifically ordered the T-tip. They sent the other kind (I call it L-shaped for lack of another term), but knew it would work and my daughter needed her computer so I kept it. After less than 60 days it stopped working. Just stopped. I've been more than three weeks trying to get this returned and they are not helpful at all. Now all the phones are giving a signal as if they've been disconnected. I hate there is no way to go about pressing them to make it right. They just disappeared...

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Period! Not honest at all, and care nothing about customer service nor the value of a good reputation.

Run Around - It has been nine days - no product. Not yet sure if the USPS tracking number is legitimate. But is questionable because the tracking shows that the product has moved 23 miles in nine days originating in Texas. The written communication (via chat) is poor English and appears to be Asian dialect. My guess is that this is a knock off operation origination in China. There are no business listings in the state of Texas for this company. There are a few different 'doing business as' names linked on the internet. BAD NEWS!

DO NOT BUY from them. I bought a product which looks like a real Apple product but is fake. It stopped working after a week. I paid $11 to send back through USPS and to make them sign for product. They asked me for a tracking number when I demanded a refund via email. I gave them the tracking number and then they continued to tell me they would "escalate my complaint."

So, here is what I did today which I hope you do, too.

1. File a complaint with the Texas attorney general.
2. File a complaint with Better Business Bureau (they probably won't do anything but they will track all the complaints)
3. Dispute the transaction with your credit card.
4. Alert Apple that this company is selling fake chargers in the United States (maybe Apple's legal department will look into this since this is here in the US!)

My credit card immediately refunded me because the amount is so small. I have a Costco citibank creditcard that I purchased this from.

ZERO stars! They shipped the wrong charger than what was ordered. However, the charger was the type that fit my older Apple computer, so I decided that I could just keep it to have as a backup charger for the old computer rather than go to the trouble of an exchange or refund plus all the shipping. But when I plugged it in to charge the computer, the charger didn't even work. It was like no electrical current was even going thru the devise in order to charge. So it made me so upset that I did contact the company. They acted like they would do an exchange, however I would have to pay all shipping both ways (include "15$" to them to ship back to me--poor English in email from them). After reading reviews on this site, I'm pretty sure that I would still not get the an appropriate working charger! Forget it!

First of all it took over three weeks to get my charger. Their excuse was the "holidays".
Umm... It was March!
Second if all, the charger quit working after two weeks and would become extremely hot while plugged in.
When I questioned them abt returns, the email I received was in broken English.
What kind of place is this?

Package I was supposed to receive didn't arrive in time so I called and found out that there was a problem with the post office. Guy I talked to said they will resend one asap plus tracking number through my e mail. Few days later still have not received the tracking number, I called again to found out that my package was scheduled to be shipped out that day. They apologized and said they will send me a tracking number asap. Another few days later still have not received the tracking#. Sent an e mail and got another reply saying it is scheduled to be shipped out today... are you effing kidding me? I think they are running this business from India.

I order a charger two weeks ago, and so far I haven't received. I have tried to call many times in this phone *******492 and sent two emails and they never even gave me an answer.

Stay away from this company, I spoke with Rina and Adrian.

The MacBook chargers that they claim to be OEM are not compatible. My MacBook became erratic when using the charger, yes they sent a replacement but same story. I returned that charger and never received a refund. They claimed that they had no record of receiving the return, when I furnished a tracking # that confirmed receipt they stopped communicating. They now have their charger back and have my money also. Don't risk your computer to products they sell.

They are a joke. It turns out there are 3 company's tied together. I would not buy anything again. I hope some hot shot attorney gets involved for law suits. I suggest you file all complaints possible. Stay clear.

I bought 2 chargers from them the first failed after about 3 months and at the end of its life was getting extremely hot and actually caused some damage to the charging port on my mac. The second charger i've now had for about 2 weeks and it is already starting to heat up. What happens is the metal connectors on the charger itself get so hot they actually burn themselves down to a nub so the connectors eventually wont connect. Save your money and buy an original charger

I would not buy a single item for this company again. I initial bought an apple 85w computer charger that lasted all of 2 weeks. It stopped working so I called the company and they sent me a replacement for the failed one. The second charger actually I had for one or 2 weeks and it started to deform and the outside of the housing melted. I decided this was not normal and the melting of the outside would just get worse. I sent the item back for a refund and they are charging me a restocking fee for a defective time. It appears that they are not only selling fake chargers they are ripping people off for returning defective items.
Stay away from this company.
They are selling defective after market products.

Stay away. Waiting for my refund. We'll see how long that takes. Ordered 3/28/16.

4/8/16 Edit: Called to cancel (4/4) then received an email the same day asking what I wanted to do - send it or refund. Emailed again, cancel. Two days later, they shipped it. Received it today. Not going to bother calling 24hourchargers - it's obvious what they're about. I'm calling American Express to see they will cancel the charge.

I haven't opened the package. I would be afraid to use it. Others have said they have received broken or shoddy knockoffs.

I ordered my charger on 2/24/16 and now it is 4/19/16 and still no charger or refund of my money. They told me 4 times that my charger was on its way. It has never come. They had multiple excuses every time I contacted them. I finial demanded my money back 2 weeks ago and NOTHING. Now they will not answer my emails or my 5 requests to have a manager contact me.

Ordered 130 watt charger paid for overnight shipping. They didn't ship until 4 days later & then sent the wrong one. Then took over 3 weeks to be refunded. Do not deal with these people.

I ordered a charger on Dec 5th that SAID it was for the Apple Laptop we have. Paid $35.10. They received my funds immediately! Received charger quickly, no doubt, but found it was not only the WRONG charger, but that it caused fires! Called for an RMA" and return label the day after we received the charger. Went back right away. They received my returned product on Dec 20th, 2016. Have emailed 3 times and called 4 times- NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS! When I CAN reach them- they tell me that they do have the product back- and that they will issue the refund. NOPE! That has happened TWICE! Still NO REFUND!

Oh! AND- they TELL you that they will send a free gift with your purchase. HAHAHA! Believe that one if you will! Sorry! No dice!

This 'company' must be hard up if they CAN NOT or WILL NOT refund $35.10 to a person.

Have long decided that they are a fly by night company- voicemail answers- no one returns calls- say they have the product back- KNOW they have the product back- STILL NO REFUND!

Look somewhere else for your chargers if you want to be SAFE- they ACTUALLY sell chargers that have been PROVEN to cause fires- and, if you want to actually GET the product you need- what they showed and what they sent did not jive with the actual charger needs, and make certain your money is well spent and not stolen!

Thank you! Oh- had to choose 1 for the rating- there is NO ZERO- which is what this company deserves as a rating!

I had to give them one star because I could not give them 0 Stars! I ordered a charger for my MAC from them because they were the cheapest price I found online. They sent me the wrong charger so I called to send it back and they tried to convince me the charger would work and I should keep it. Returned it back to them. Going on 4 weeks and still have not received a refund. Called 3 times and each time they said we are going to escalate this and someone will call you back. No call back NO REFUND. I will NEVER do business with this company again!

Just don't order anything from this site. I order MacBook pro charger and it never worked. I returned that defected product but they did partial refund with 15% restocking charge AND shipping and handling charge of $4.99 which wasn't indicated on their return policy. Why they restock defected product? I sent complaint email but they never respond.

Horrible automatic robotic, scripted customer service with a non english speaking woman
I am returning this defective, inferior, sub-quality, sub-standard, charger to you as of this day March 23 2016.
You are hereby ordered to return the payment for this faulty product and we are done with you!
That hunk of trash that you sent me has caused irreparable damage to my computer and you people should be sued for committing such deceit...
Phone calls over and over and either no answer or no reply,,, I will never do any business with you and certainly will WARN everyone to STAY AWAY!
