On one hand, our site helps millions of users make informed buying decisions backed by reviews. We amplify real voices so everyone can find and share feedback on businesses and their products online.
On the other hand? Companies use our reputation management platform to source and widely publish more of their reviews online – resulting in expanded visibility, more buyers, and business growth.
For the longest time, both our site and tech platform have been known as Sitejabber… but you know what? We’ve grown, you’ve grown, and with growth comes change.
So, we’re proud to announce our platform’s newly distinct name and identity… 🦸 *cue fanfare*
What’s in a name?
Jabio is the proprietary, AI-enabled technology behind Sitejabber – powering both our buyer-facing website and our comprehensive suite of tools that helps businesses gather and manage reviews to better understand and engage with their customers. We chose a snappy, unique, modern, and tech-oriented name to celebrate and acknowledge the next evolution of our platform.
(If it sounds familiar, you’re right! Jabio’s definitely a nod to our core brand, Sitejabber.)
This updated name also reflects both our current capabilities and our plans for the future. After all, businesses aren’t just using our platform to get more reviews and improve their brand on Sitejabber – but on multiple third-party sites and platforms, wherever their audience and customers are.
And with Jabio, users get more than just an account and dashboard. Businesses can access deeper insights thanks to real reviews from real buyers, paired with artificial intelligence that combs through data to streamline improvements and engage more customers.

An upgraded brand deserves an updated design, don’t you think? As part of Jabio’s rollout, we’re happy to introduce a much more polished business-facing website.
