They need to gather detailed information to provide us with accurately completed divorce forms. I got my divorce paperwork kit just within two days, and the court approved my papers with no hassle. So it's well worth it!

Would not refund my money after shipping me papers and I found out my spouse would not sign— no papers were filed in court yet and they just said "we are sorry" but we cannot give you your money back

My wife and I decided all post-divorce terms in advance, so we could qualify for online divorce. We had some disagreements on the way, but eventually found compromises. It's cheaper this way. I told her that if she wanted to have money for a new life, we should try and work our issues out. Paying thousands of dollars to lawyers was just not an option.

The process of filling out the forms on the web site was very good, and went smoothly, that's where the good part of my review ends, I received an email notifying me that all my forms were approved, and sent to shipping on the 23ed of last month, February, it is now march 16th and nothing, they FINALLY sent me a tracking number a few days ago, just to find out from the USPS the label was created on march 2nd, and as of a few moment ago, they hadn't received the packet from the online divorce people, I've called countless times trying to reach a supervisor, absolutely no luck there,, this has SCAM written all over it,, i will be happy to give a positive update, if that should happen, not looking like it tho,

Took my money, gave me paperwork that I could not file with then refused to refund my money. Horrible customer service, nearly impossible to get assistance. Absolute Crooks. Now after paying them a total of $270 I have to start all over and get an attorney. Just what a single mom going through divorce needs. Do not do business with these crooks!

Impossible to get through via phone. Sent repeated emails with only occasional responses,many of which indicated my email hadn't even been read. Horrible customer service!

We/she has not received anything at the house, has called the *******400 several times and left messages and still nothing. Is reporting on this site going to help? Left off last 2 numbers on each order purposely. AS I have told them in Email, using saving to help.

You never know, when such online platforms can come in handy. I had a marriage and a lot of plans for the future. From the other side, I'm grateful for the universe for such a precious life experience. I was quite happy to find this website in my search results and to work with it.

Easy to use and paperwork was laid out and organized

First of all, there is a $40 monthly subscription fee to use the online portal that doesn't provide any meaningful information in addition to many "add-on" service fee for them to actually do the work they promised out front; case worker/customer support is slow to respond, and when they do respond, the answers or instructions were vague with missing words/sentences, leaving the only clear instruction the "pay addition to redo everything."

With all those fees and costs, all OnlineDivorce does is providing you the forms you and your spouse can find on the local court's website. Thanks.
