Well, this is the worst experience buying goods online i ever had so far. I bought a fragance a week ago and i received an email from this website on the next day saying that the fragance was delivered to DHL, and they also gave me the tracking number. I went 100 times to track on the DHL website and the info was the same so i decided to phone local DHL, they said they only received information of the shippment and didnt received the goods, i sent 10 email to the support and they only repplied me once saying that i have to wait because DHL website takes long to update. On 31st October they sent me another tracking number this time from USPS, saying that the fragance was delivered to them for the shippment, and the information on the website is the same. The people from support never repply my emails explaining whats going on, 2 tracking numbers from different companies and when i phone to this companies they only received information and provided a tracking number. This is the worst website to buy good online!

Eu comprei 2 facturas com um valor apróximado a 170 USD no dia 13 de Outubro, escolhi os artigos que gostei na página e efectuei o pagamento, horas depois recebo uma mensagem a dizer que alguns dos produtos que escolhi não estavam disponíveis em stock, pelo que, tinha a opção de escolher outros ou esperar, eu optei por esperar até o dia 21, contudo há uma calça que só fica disponível no dia 31, eu enviei uma mensagem para trocar com outro item, mandaram me escolher, o que escolhi também dizia no site que estava disponível enquanto não tinha em stock, a minha experiencia até agora com esta página está a ser HORRIVEL! Eu faço compras online ha mais de 10 anos, nunca vi um serviço de atendimento ao cliente tão lento, desde sábado que não me respondem a uma mensagem. Como é possivel dizerem na pagina que um artigo está disponivel em stock e depois dizerem que afinal nao está? Pessimo site, nao recomento a ninguem!
