I ordered a dress from rose wholesale. I waited two months and I didnt receive the dress. When I contacted them, I was told that the package is lost. I asked them to refund me. They said that it is their company's policy that they can't refund me more than $10, however the dress was expensive than that, and I had paid for shipping too. Finally, after sending many emails back and forth for three months, I was refunded only $12. I will never buy anything from rose wholesale again. Very unprofessional and FRAUD.
