I've search for a sell item in Lazada during their 11/11 revolution sale. I came across a 2tb WD My Passport external drive for only 3390. It's a whopping 45% discount. I was also able to use my voucher discount given on that day. It's 2:30 a.m. of 11/11, so I was confident that I succeeded in grabbing this supersale item. The following morning I received a text from Lazada that they received my order and is verifying the purchase confirmation. I told myself, Naka-jackpot ako. Everyday, I track my order and it states that it is processing my order. My shock came on 11/14 when upon tracking my order. The page has declined my purchase without stating the reason. I've called up customer service and they told me that it was cancelled because of "price error". Kasalanan ba ng customer yan. Kaya nga super sale yung 11/11 eh, bakit nila sasabihin na wrong pricing. Ang dapat managot ay yung nagprice sa item, diba? I have proof of the price because I've saved the image of my order during that day. I also save the image of my order form. Pwede ba ipaglaban yan? Nagpuyat ako sa araw na yon eh pagkatapos idedecline na lang nila with an invalid reason. Sabi nila, magbibigay sila ng compensation voucher, but hindi ito kayang pantayan ang presyo ng pinili kong item.,, 1st time na nangyari ito sa akin. Pang 12th order ko na yata ito from Lazada... Napaka dismayado.: /
