I placed an order with TbDress in November 2015, paid $70 for 2-3 day delivery, I never received my items. I couldn't find contact information on their website. Then I found out they were in China. I eventually found an email for them And sent approximately 10 emails, over a period of a month, asking for my merchandise. By week 5, I received emails from TbDress stating my items were being shipped. I asked them to refund my "expedited " shipment fee, they never responded nor did they send my items. I am glad I paid the $270 via PayPal, because I called them and disputed the sale. After I placed the dispute I received a call from TBDress in China asking me to stop the claim with PayPal, and they would send my merchandise. After trying to contact them for 5 weeks, now they were begging me to call off PayPal! No way, I received my money back to my PayPal. I will never do businesses with them again. Total sham.
