“I returned a zeepad that I bought from nomorerack”

I returned a zeepad that I bought from nomorerack., within 1wk the turn on button fell out. I returned the item paying my own shipping their return dept keep saying it was never returned even though I have my USPS receipt of proof that my item was delivered and they refused to refund me. They are the grinch that stoked my Christmas.

Tip for consumers:
Beware do not buy electronics from bomorerack.
