I buy a smart watch from them and it's supposed to be ship the 31 dec.and i track from DHL and i saw nothing append so i send messages to Gearbest and the only thing they can say it's wait so the 7 Jan.

I receive a message from DHL to say pickup the 7 and send back to the shipper the 7.

They are *** liar and they send only preset message most of the time.and it's true they close the ticket before to be resolved

And almost a month and the watch is still not ship from China, what a stupid store.

Buy from them and you will see how stupid they are... even if they reply to the reviews it's just to look nice but they do nothing else after. Today we are the 25th Jan 2016 and i'm still waiting after them and Paypal to be refund

Paypal refund me after losing 1 1/2 hours of my time on 3 calls and nothing from Gear$#*!

First one star is too much. I use to buy at this place without problem (when you have no problem it's fine) but the last order they make a mistake on my order i email the service center and now the problem begun, they write and they write and they write again without to resolve your problem and after they write no more, i have no more answer from them and i dont know what happen with my order. I think they are so stupid at this place. For the peoples who want to buy at this place i wish you good luck and if you are in canada for something who cost $20 at the end it's gonna cost you around $70 with the shipping and the border fees. For myself i never gonna buy there again with the problem i have now.
