The initial payment was for the bidpack you purchased after signing up for your free account. DealDash operates on the "pay to participate/bid model" so it's required to first purchase bids. With that said, all customers are entitled to a 100% money back guarantee on their first bid pack.

I've gone ahead and issued a refund for this transaction. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to receive the refund.
