I have bought many things from Amazon, from phone cases, bags, luggage to electronics. Their price is very competitive, they follow up quickly with my inquiries, the key is to choose those sellers with good reviews by Amazon and the "prime" options will give you peace of mind as Amazon will help you with complains and refunds

Some of the deals are good, others such as house cleaning and mobile massage are terrible, I tried various different cleaning services through Groupon and have yet able to actually booked one, I had the misfortune of the cleaning companies cancelling on me, some the very same day. Couldn't book a massage to save my life with "We Massage" service.

Most of the items I bought included delivery in the posted price, though I did not like how they use "business days" as it is very deceiving when I failed to notice the small prints and was late for a birthday present. Why would they use M-F while they open pretty much 7 days a week?

I placed an order on Feb 29, their website claims that it is 5-7 for shipping to North America. It is now 21 days later, the order tracking says "3 out of your 7 items are shipped" but the link to "track the shipment" is broken. I smell the same scam SammyDress pulled on numerous people. Who knows, they may very well be the same outfit, using different names to scam more people. Go to other local sites, you will save money as you actually get what you pay for! I definitely learn my valuable lessons.
BTW, their refund is missing the substantial amount you paid for in taxes and shipping

The company posts low price on their merchandise to attract many people, but hides the fact that they have many hidden costs such as additional S&H, border taxes, duties, ect... I (mistakenly) ordered a few items from them, there were always long delays with "out of stock" in most of the orders, the company cleverly offers refund but only in their merchandise credit, minus the high cost of shipping that I had already paid, how convenience! Many of the clothes don't look anything like the pictures, it's a hit and miss, I won't take any more chances with this company.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away!! They always send replies that sounds like they care to lure you back, only that the same bad service will repeat. The common excuse they would use is "sorry due to the high volume of email..." crap. Think about this: if their service is good, why would they have to deal with high volume of complain emails??!!
