I ordered twice from them. First time I return clothing which didn't refund as original payment but store credit.

I asked no answer. I thought it's the policy anyway, as long as I can use credit

But the very strange thing is they say "free shipping" over $100, but they charge me everytime my order went over $100, I need to write them email to remind them.

First time they did replied politely and return my shipping fee,
After several time it happens again and again, I emailed them asked Why I need to remind them over and over? So ridiculous as a company

Then they never replied again, totally ignored me.

Since I still have credit on so I ordered duo of Strivectin, today package comes, it only comes with 1 tube!

I paid for two not one! So pathetic they being a company!

I emailed them again, not really expecting get their answer and good result.

I'll never buy things from there again!
