I bought seats and then recieved a message that they were already sold. So we bought different ones and again, same message. My credit card has been charged twice but no tickets! Then I decided to read blogs about them. Man, wish I did that before I bought tickets because it appears no one gets their tickets fromt his company. Shame!

We're sorry to hear that you had two orders in a row that couldn't be confirmed! We understand how frustrating that must be and wish we could prevent this from happening. Because we are a search engine and aggregate listings across many different websites, it is possible that someone might try to purchase the exact same tickets on the website that the tickets are listed on and on SeatGeek simultaneously. These cases are rare, but do occasionally happen. The good news is that you should not have been charged for any tickets. Depending on the payment processor, sometimes you may see a pending authorization hold on your statement, which is the bank's way of making sure you don't overdraw if the charge is accepted. As soon as the vendor knows that your order can't be confirmed, the charges are voided and will automatically drop off your account. Hopefully, the pending authorization hold dropped off your account shortly after you wrote this review, but if this was not the case please get in touch with us at hi@seatgeek.com.
