So far it was not bad, I received the right orders and on time, till very recently... as a 1st row member, I tried to get an item and it was showing sold out BEFORE the sale started, is there a point in being a 1st row?>>> After that - a fur hooded coat arrived WITHOUT the hood! I got nothing, but lame apolgies and an offer to re-purchase the item, what?! Of course, after you sent it without an important part let me give you more of my money! I requested a return label, which from past experiences will amount to driving to UPS store, standing in line, returning the package and waiting 2-3 billing periods for a credit... oh wait, that was not a refund to my card, but a store credit to spend MORE $ on this unreliable website! :(

I'm so sorry to hear of the incidents you've noted, and am very willing to help resolve.
For clarification on our sale start time: all sale events begin at 11am for First Row, and 12pm for Second Row. Please rest assured that members are not able to shop prior to the event opening for First Row. We recently experienced an error in which items that should not have been in the sale were visible and marked as sold out. I sincerely apologize for the confusion, and am happy to report that our Tech team has resolved this issue.
