I will never ever order from Modlily again. The quality of the dress I've purchased is very poor and the size XXL actually is Small. The chart on their website with measurements for each size is not even close to the actual measurement. There is no way to communicate with Customer service since they are in China, and the return would cost me more then the item itself.

I have ordered 2 items using my store credit. The items arrived on the last day of the eligible return and became not returnable. The life chat doesn't work, e-mails are not answered. I lost my money. This company is a scam, stay away from them!

It looks like this company is a scam They never credited my money back though I have e-mails from them that they would. May be we can open a law case against them, but I don't know how. Are there many people being robbed? Let's unite.
