I used their service twice. Both companies were terrible companies which provided very bad service and did business in dishonest fashion(agreed to provide service at a quote price then intentionally just did half of the work, then lied about the service content and refused to provide the missing part). I had provided feedback to these two companies and after one year these reviews are just in "pending review" state.
This site is a con site which uses their fake review to attract customers into those con companies, which provide terrible and dishonest service, a scam assembly line.

I told the company over the phone in plain English what needs to be done: cleanup the weeds and clean up the fallen leaves. At the day of the service when I came to check the work, it was half done with no weeds got removed. I asked nicely the person in charge to fix the issue and he refused. I just deducted a small portion of $50 from the total and he threw it onto ground and threatened to sue me. It's not that I am afraid of that, just didn't want to waste my time from busy life so I paid him the full amount with the half-done work.

I contacted the owner and told him the terrible experience. Instead of getting it resolved or get an apology of lying about the work, he sent me a reply saying "your really cheap, your English sucks as well", a second bully after lying on the work content and did a half-$#*! work.

Dishonest, disrespectful, lousy. I am guessing it even doesn't have a license as they listed their company using some apartment complex address without giving specific unit number, a fake address...

I have used the bank for a few years. Last two years I was bitten hard by the excessive fees charged to my account. When I finally had enough and applied an credit line to protect against overdraft, it didn't help. I have nearly perfect credit score of 800+, and the company only approved a small amount, so when the next unfortunate overdraft happened, it became even worse: the line didn't protect the accidental overdraft, so I was charged normal $30 overdraft fee, plus $7 for using the line, plus interest, for $400 that was overdrafted for 1 day! Consider the ratio of return the company made on those fees, it made roughly ******* times more than the interest it would pay its customer on its so called ultimate value checking. I once was charged three $30 sequential fees on similar small amount of overdraft for very short of period of time and the return for the company is even much higher! I guess what ultimate means for the company is taking the ultimate amount out of your savings!

Among all the banks I have used, the company sends the most amount of junk mails, so besides losing money, I also lose time to process those junk mails on regular basis.

It's super greedy, after I tried at least 2 times to ask at least one fee charge back, I was refused repeatedly. I should long closed my money-losing account, just location is inconvenient for me and my wife to make a trip in the same time to close our 4 accounts(one is joint account) so we delay it. But this is the last straw: We will close all accounts with the bank. We already transfer all our banking to a more friendly much less greedy bank.

A few years ago I was bitten by transfer my balance out to my linked checking account. I thought it should be free as all other similar services I had used, but Paypal did took a not small portion out of it. I didn't have time to complain but stopped using it on banking side.

Two days ago one friend sent me $130 it looked more shady this time: Paypal sent him notice saying I would get paid $130, and on my side I only got $125.9 after $4.1 fee deduction. This time I took time to check the company's fee policy, as I care about the mutual trust between us: It shouldn't take any fee based on the transaction type we did.

I guess that's how Paypal's good profit comes from, pretty shameful business.

I bought 5 iphone earbuds from the company and they broke one after another(each last 1-1.5 month, not mention the voice quality is bad). When I submitted a ticket trying to get a refund, it takes 2 tickets and 2 dozen messages back and forth to even make their 2 representatives to find the correct order number. I had provided correct order number, item and amount of items purchased. They were so incapable and it takes so many messages and they never bother to search the order number to find the right order. The first made a small portion refund on a wrong order and the second insisted that's the order!
And the company is selling those fake defective products and put them up as they were valid products. I can guess where those near 5 star reviews on the junk product on the site come from. I just checked it still sells the junk product on the site. Totally unethical company!
