I just started using JotForm, and it is great!
I started using the free form, and now im testing with it. It seems to work great!

Its very easy to create a high tech form, wich i couldn't create on my webserver.

When the form is tested i definately will switch over to the paid version as i get more storage and form applies every month.

Only thing i'm bumping into was that an attachment is stored on their server, and not send as attachment file with the form... but i can live with that!

If you are looking for an good but easy way to create your own form, use Jotform
