I was having an issue with understanding my cash back and sign up gift card. So I sent an email to customer service at Ebates. To my surprise within minutes I had a reply. After a few emails back and forth, they helped resolve and helped me to understand how everything worked. Thanks Nicole, you were/are amazing! Perfect!
