My debit card was used without my knowledge. I notified First Bank and was asked if I had the card in my possession, I replied that I never carry the card with me but I keep it in my desk drawer at home. First Bank refused my dispute and said I, or someone I knew must have used the card. The customer service representative suggested that I file a police report and name my wife and stepdaughter as the suspects because they were the only other people who had access to the card. What! This bank must be based in some communist country. Amazing!

TurboTax did my 2022 federal tax return, took my money and told me the return was accepted. One month later I get a letter from the IRS stating the return was rejected because it had some errors. Now, turbo tax is not available on Saturday! Rip off!-

I rented a car in Phoenix, Arizona but did not use my Chase Amazon Visa card. I paid in full, by another method and have the receipt to prove it. " Somehow," the car rental agency charged my Visa $ 191.00, for what I don't know, and did not authorize it. Disputed the charge with Chase Amazon and was told this was a valid charge because the car rental agency " said so". What? I can't believe this. But I'm not giving up!

Vitacost sent me an email with a 12 percent discount code. I logged in to the website, placed an order and entered the code. It didn't work. Tried multiple times with no success.

Contacted credit card customer service in order to dispute a charge of $ 42.22. It was a completely frustrating, and ridiculous experience. They did NOT want to dispute this charge. They asked questions like,
" Do you have proof of purchase?" WHAT! The credit card statement is proof of purchase! The customer service rep. Was just plain weird. He kept changing the subject, talking about anything but the dispute. Also telling me how " difficult, " the " back office," was to deal with, and how hard a dispute was to file. The entire experience left me very unhappy. I don't know what this companies problem is, but as soon as my home loan application is approved, I'm cutting the card up and sending it back!

They advertise they can find someone's date of birth and social security number. I need this information on an individual my daughter is dating, who claims to be a Marine, Iraq war combat veteran. I am a retired Marine, and I don't believe he was ever in the Marine Corps. So, you pay them and guess what! No social security number, and only the month and year of birth, not the day. A scam!

I have a recurring charge on my card which I do not recognize. Each time I dispute it with discover, they give me the phone number to this " company," and expect me to call them and work it out myself. The charge is only, $ 5.33, but as I told the representative, next month it could be $ 500.00. I asked for a new card with a different number, but that didn't help. Also, took me hours to get through to Discover on the phone, as their customer service number wasn't working. The customer service rep. Simply is not interested in resolving the issue.

Hypocrite. Mike Lindell says all his products are made in the USA. But, he buys Egyptian cotton? He is disrespectful of all American cotton Farmers. If the general public knew this, who would buy his products.

Every 10 minutes we see the " My Pillow," advertisement on Fox. The owner of My Pillow makes a big deal about how " all," his products are made in Minnesota, and then goes on t rave about using Egyptian cotton? What's up with that? I'm sure he pays Fox a lot of money for these ads, but come on Fox, the guy is disrespecting all cotton farmers in this country! But, you look the other way because of the money!

My wife has dental insurance with Delta Dental. She had a procedure at Lubbock Dental Care, paid her co-pay with cash, and when we signed out they demanded an extra $ 670.00. We said, " what about the insurance?" We were told Delta had a 2 year waiting period. We told them the policy has been active for 5. Then they said they filed it but Delta refused to cover the claim. I had no choice but to give them a credit card, so they wouldn't call the police on us. We contacted Delta, and were told Lubbock Dental care never filed a claim. A week later Delta informed us that Lubbock Dental Care filed a claim and it was paid. So, Lubbock Dental Care was paid twice for the same thing, and lied about it. This is insurance fraud! Big shakedown by front office staff. Delta Dental Insurance is a federal program, so I reported this to Delta. I can see a dentist losing his license, and/or someone going to jail for this.

They advertise a Baofeng two way radio for % 56.99 ( with no battery charger) I got the exact same thing off Amazon for $ 23.00! I f you see something you like in their catalog, do an internet search before you send this company any money!

They sell an air compressor for $ 1200. 00. I can get the very same exact model at a local hardware store for $ 799.00 and not have to pay shipping.

My wife passed away in 2011 from breast cancer. She was 45 years old and a registered nurse, as am I. Her long term disability insurance was Aflac, administered by " Ashmore and Associates " in Lubbock, Texas. When she was diagnosed and had surgery followed by chemotherapy Aflac did pay as the contract stated. When her cancer returned 18 months later her second claim ( also in the contract) was denied. The explanation: " You must be cancer free and off medication for a year". I took a copy of a PET scan done 15 months after the first diagnosis which showed " no sign of cancer". I also got a note from her oncologist which stated no oncologist in this country would have a patient off all medication for a year after a cancer diagnosis. With this and a threat to sue, and report Aflac and Ashmore to the state board of insurance Aflac finally honored the contract and paid the claim. We got the money, but had to fight for it. How many people without any medical knowledge would have just given in. It's too bad, but the funny goose commercials just don't hide the fact that the company is run by a bunch of ( not funny) weasels.

I'm a 100% service connected disabled veteran and wrote a review about a bad exam/encounter with a VA psychologist who is also in private practice. I didn't use foul language or call him names, it took a long time to write the " story," as they say: " We want to hear your story". Apparently not. Do they only want positive stories? You won't get the real truth from these people. Don't waste your time.
