Not matter where you get the bike (on-line or brick & mortar location)... it's all about the fit. BD's Orlando, FL location gets 6+ stars... Frank, their GM, said it best, "the fewer adjustments made at purchase the better". "Anything more than minimal is not good because it limits the scope of future adjustments and will likely increase the cost of ownership". Again, it does not matter where you purchase the bike, what matters is the initial fit! You can determine that at any LBS or Sporting Goods Store; and, then make your value determination (what am I getting for my dollars? That's the difference!)... you'll find BD is the best "overall" option by any measurement.
