Bought a jbl charge 2 speaker last April 2015. After 4 mos the speaker driver was already broken(jbl yan ha!) so I returned it to lazada 1st wk of Sept. Ipapagawa daw nila! Waited for a month. Wala nangyare. Mga naka 10,000 na follow up na ako. Lagi sinasabe nasa merchant daw or nasa jbl service center. Lagi sasabhn ifofollow up eh wala naman nangyayare. Anong petsa na? Poor poor poor poor customer service!
