What kind of internet sales company does not indicate and/or notify you that a product is back-ordered?
Waited a week - assuming my order was in order only to find out that my product - a mower - was back-ordered a for an undeterminate amount of time - "probably a few weeks..."
No particularly empathy - no defined due date - no communication on the front end that the prouduct was not in stock. Huge waste of time. Anything but reliable... My suggestion: Be Wise and don't Use Wise.
