I order 2 dresses. They came bagged separately in a very small bag completely wadded up. Interestingly enough, there was NO CUSTOMS stamp on the bag. That tells me they are shipping directly from China. How they are bypassing customs in beyond my understanding. The dress' look like a child with horrible eyesight made them. I want my money back. I've tried using the number listed on FB but that's a joke! Rings and rings and rings. No one answers. I finally found a number and was able to speak with a CS person. To which I could hardly understand! In my vivid imagination, I envision women in a sweat shop trying to sew these items as fast as they can. Or worse, children!
To ANYONE wanting to purchase ANYTHING from this company, think twice! I order a shirt first. It came in a bag, wrinkled with strings hanging all over. Then I, stupidly ordered 2 dresses. HORRIBLE. They fit but not properly. Seams are crooked. One of the dresses I bought, the front does not lay flat across my chest. The other dress is indecent. The neckline is so low, I can't possibly wear in public. I called the company. Spoke with a CS person, in China. I explained the reason for my call. Gave the man my order number. Tried to tell him what I ordered with the item number. He kept saying, we have to check. We have to check. Check what? I asked what they had to check as I provided all the necessary information. We have to check is all he kept saying. I told him I was not returning; paying for additional postage!. I paid extra money for 3-7 day delivery. That didn't happen. Arrived 11 days after purchase. I demanded my money back or I will call the BBB and Fair Trade Commission! All he kept saying was, "we have to check." When I asked again what he had to check as I'd given him all the information. Computer was down. How convenient. I told him I would give them 24 hours from 9:00 EDT to "check" or they will wish they never heard from me. I will continue to call and call until I get my money back. I'm not taking pictures. I'm not sending them a thing! I wish I'd seen all the reviews before I wasted my time and money. Company is crooked! COMPANY IS A SCAM! I should have stuck with Amazon or Ebay! DON'T DO IT! DON'T PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT! READ AS MANY REVIEWS AS POSSIBLE. THEY HAVE ALMOST 1500 BAD REVIEWS. THAT SHOULD SAY SOMETHING! THIS IS A CASE OF BUYER BEWARE!
