I started with ReBalance in 2011 65 pounds heavier and with an inactive lifestyle. I was on 3 blood pressure pills, a cholesterol medication, a sleeping aid, and a nerve medication. I decided to give fitness and nutrition a try in an attempt to get healthier. The personal training coupled with positive encouragement and coaching has been life changing. I am now 65 pounds lighter and exercise in some fashion every day. I no longer take any medications (this was an added bonus and unexpected) other than a baby aspirin for heart health. I continue now with ReBalance to keep my motivation at its peak.

May 24,2017, GE sent a Sear repair person to check out a malfunctioning water dispenser. He arrived, looked at our 15 year old fridge and said it is an insulation problem due to age and told us we needed to buy a new fridge and told us what Sears had on sale. He did not look inside the fridge nor did he look behind it or check the water lines or the filter. As we began to unload the fridge and freezer of contents, we found a box of frozen goods laying against a vent in the freezer. Once removed, the water dispenser began to work fine. We called Sears to dispute the charge due to an incompetent repair visit and were told Sears does not offer refunds. I tried calling Sears Corporate and was off shored to a customer associate every time. We will not use Sears again

Almetal Dryer Vent was in my neighborhood installing a vent. I stopped the truck as it was leaving and asked for a card. I called and within 2 days, I had my own improved vent dryer which has made my dryer work more efficiently. It's like having a new dryer and its safer! The owner Ray called me to confirm the work was done well and the Field tech Steve Helms was courteous and clean and informative.

I used Vista Print for the first time 2 weeks ago and ordered business cards. I used pdf files and did not understand the graphics thus my cards were tiny in print and had indicator marks in the corners. I called Vista Print and told them I had made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order. I was told the order had already been sent but not to worry. I could discard those and the corrected ones would be sent out with no extra charge to me and Vista Print even express mailed them to me at no charge. Vista Print now has a loyal customer in me!

I ordered a reproduction of the original calvin from 1981 and received it promptly. However my initial impression of the product was too powdery and dissimilar from the original. I notified Scent Matchers and a full refund was given immediately without question and no need to send the product back, just keep it I was told.

A month later I retried the cologne and with several friend and family inputs, I changed my mind and decided to wear the cologne, while not exactly the same, it is still very close and got approval from all who have smelled me wearing the original calvin for the last 34 years!

I notified Scent Matchers of my changed decision and requested they recharge me for the cologne. I received a gracious email confirming my request and a discount offer for my next order.

I am very pleased with the product and the customer service.
