I ordered a beautiful dress for my son's wedding. I was professionally measured and used the size chart on the website to assist me in my proper dress size. It indicated a 6. The dress came and it's HUMUNGOUS! It must be a size 10! I doubt it can even be altered. I called customer service to see if they could rush me a size 4 and they told me that if I need a size 4 they have to special order it and it can't be delivered until August 15. That's 3 months after the wedding. The rep on the phone said I can only get a credit and to NOT send back the dress just yet. The rep said she would submit a refund request on m behalf and to wait 1 -2 business days. She was very nice and tried to sell me other dresses... I told her I followed their chart size, but she said the charts provided are those of the designer and not theirs. I'll keep you posted...
