Ordered a guitar amp for a birthday gift back on October 27th. November 17th and still no idea when it will arrive. Emailed them and get nice apologetic replies but no results. Used my intro discount but will never use them again.
Update: I did finally get an amp. I think it was few weeks later. The support staff was very apologetic and said it was the supplier and I finally agreed on a floor model for a slightly reduced price. ( the unit was fine and is a good product). Still, it was for a birthday and was way overdue when they had said it was in stock.
