I am not going to buy from sammydress again. I initially purchased 2 beach skirts and a lovely top. Since this was for a vacation, I spent extra for expedited shipping. I was so excited that I went back a day later and purchased 2 necklaces. Only a week or so later I received the necklaces, and they were just like the picture, so I went ahead and ordered 2 wigs- one human hair, one synthetic. They came in about 2 weeks, and the human hair wig was ugly as sin, and not at all like the pic. Hah, I decided I'd better stop buying from them until I received my original shipment. Which finally came, but was someone else's order! They had actually stuck my shipping label right on top of the label of the person that package was supposed to have gone to! I could read it, and I texted the person. She said she recognized the things, and she was supposed to have received those items long ago! I couldn't believe they had actually done that! I sent an email to their support center, and got a MAJOR run-around! I sent pictures and upc numbers and asked them to please send my order immediately. A day later, they responded -- by asking me for more pictures. Fine, I sent them. Another day later, they asked me to send a picture of the OUTSIDE of the package they sent. Urg, fine, I sent that. Another day later they asked what I wanted for a resolution! AAAGGHH I told you that in the first letter! SHeesh! Another day after that they told me I would need to contact them in 3 days to find out what resolution they were going to offer me. 3 days later--NOTHING! I sent emails, and got no response for another 3 days! Finally, they sent me a message asking if the address was correct. REALLY?! You KNOW you've got the correct address, as you've sent me 3 separate things! FINE! I send an affirmative response. Another day later, they tell me to get back to them in 3 to 5 more days to find out shipping info. So, from the first letter, to them finally shipping it was from September 9th to September 27th! NO KIDDING. I'm looking at the email record to verify details! So, I just got my original order. And you just wouldn't believe how CHEAP and Costumey it looks! The beach skirt has about half the material as shown in the pic, is the wrong type of material, and has a significantly uneven hem. I measured, and the length is too short even in the longer sections. The shirt they sent is see-through, not the same as the pictures, and shorter by an inch than stated in the website. Well, an inch makes a huge difference when you're tall like I am! The waist is above my belly button! It looks so stupid! I've sent them another support letter, but after the run-around I got from my last issue, I"m thinking it's not going to be very useful.

You may have a good story. I bought 7 things, and 4 were nice. 3 were absolute cheap garbage. I don't know how they can stay in business switching the items for cheap imitations.

I started buying stuff from other online sites since I've always had wonderful service and quality of products from Amazon. Boy, what a difference! I'm thinking the slightly higher price is worth it for getting what I order when it says it will get there. I did order from an Asian vendor through Amazon, and it was just like the order from the other Asian websites--not as advertised, and no free returns.
I love Amazon, and I'll only buy from vendors who offer free returns from now on!
