This company operates from China and are unlawful. They are frauds and running a scam in posting online ads that resembles models with elegant formal dresses; however, when I received my merchandise it was nothing like the dress that I ordered. I attempted to dispute my case and request to return the item, and they continuously delayed the process over a 4 week period. Finally, I did not give up and they provided me a return address that the postal services indicated is fraud and nonexistence. I had to refer the dispute to my bank that is now handling the charges. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS! PO#*******034

When I checked your agreement I can see here that you didn't provide the tracking number of the return item for this order so our system canceled the item because of you failed to ship the item back to them.
