The owner has employees all off the books! The food may be ok, but James don't play nice with employee's! He pays LOW wages UNDER THE TABLE and has been fined for it before! Is this really the type of man YOU want to support in a business? He even had a family member from MEXICO living in his garage after importing him from Mexico! HE MAKES YOUR PIZZA! And you say its good... YUM! Well might be ok food but as for employment and helping with the community in the worker aspect HMMMM? Is this what YOU support? Really? I NEVER worked there but know people who have, so I have NO reason to just bash this business other the to KEEP SCUMBAGS LIKE THIS FROM PROFFITING FROM OTHERS MISSFORTUNE BY OFFERING LOW WAGES AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF AN OFF THE BOOKS CASH PAID WORKFORCE! Is this AMERICA? If you think this is the type of country you like to live in and support his getting rich off the backs of others... GO FOR IT! Buy his food and help him live well... IF not... STOP DOING BUISNESS WITH HIM! Its not hard in this area to just go a little further down the road and give a legit business your support! Thanks

I went online and got an appointment with an interviewer. Went to that appointment and had an interview! I have six job trades and in this economy, having a hard time finding work, so I figured rather then sit on unemployment, go work and at the least, earn a paycheck and possibly get hired full time seeing's how you can move around as a temp. Surely this is a better way to actually find work on a permanent bases I think.
So, my interview had me fill out a resume and speak to the individual. Im looking for skilled labor so, that type of work that fits my ability's would be no problem in doing. Im talking operating big machinery, Iron work connecting or erecting, I have built cell towers and even operated an asphalt plant making the asphalt. Maintenance on machines, construction ect... you get the point, Ive worked since age 16 and am 45 now. I was told this was great and I should have no problems being assigned some work. If I do not hear back during the next day, call them "the agency". Well, I did, person not available! Day one... Day 2, Not available, day three same! She told me that she had work at a company they don't even staff anymore! I looked into it! Seems, if your in the market for low pay, at say TRI TECH capping perfume bottles ect... they can get you right to work no problems! But skilled work "not to put down any type of work", forget these people and their temp agency! If I did not have these job skill sets, I would do other types of work that pay less without a doubt. I do not mock anyone or any job! Im just saying that if you go to this agency with a set of skills that are specific and high paying, say $11 to 18 an hour average, don't expect a thing form the Lynchburg Virginia office! I only mentioned a few, I weld and other things too so really, no jobs and not even a call back to say so? That's poor business! Poor employee and bad for recommendations! How can I say anything good for them? I hope all of the offices and websites are not like this one! I wouldn't even say a thing if I was not promised work from them! I was, "no problems she said" My record is squeaky clean, my license and employment records are too! I think someone lied to me in that office no? SKILLED LABOR? DONT DO ELWOOD! HEADS UP!

GET IT RIGHT YAHOO! This is a direct response to an article on Yahoo finance! Its not about finance! Read please. The article was entitled "The most important Job Skills Today" I wont post it here you will have to go there to read it. But The reason I posted this on sight jabber is so that you can go jab them for printing ignorance and make a difference! They are WAY OFF HERE WITH THIS ONE!

Todays job market, the most vital skill is to be able to work for peanuts, keep your mouth shut and do whatever they want you to! At least here in Lynchburg VA. Good lord I can only remember the 80's and lower 90's when you could work and work hard and live off what the pay was! Sounds negative but it the truth these days. Virginia is a "right to work state" That means not that you have rights as an employee, but rather the employer can fire you for anything they please without reason! Worst part is, no one stands up to it! Ive lived in five states and this is THE WORST! Moving back to America soon! Wont find a better job market, but will find a better job with better pay because in most other places workers have rights! I hate the term liberalist, its a label for anyone who speaks out these days. Some sit and label names and throw stones at common people who are fed up. So most of Americas population are lazy and on government programs for aid? Really? How did it get this way in the first place? The top puts down the lower at every chance they can! Reality is truth, and you cant hide truth long on a mass scale when it effects millions. I think we as a whole grow tired of being labeled the cause of the situation we are in. We don't want war, poverty and disagreement. No one does except those who benefit from that. We want change and to be happy, living, working and existing. If we could earn a living working respectfully, with enough to pay our basic bills, some left over for recreation and savings, that's happy to me. We all don't want to be rich, or even wealthy, just able to live. Yet we are labeled as the cause of society's problems by those who are actually the cause. Most of us on here are not those people, even the ones disagreeing with the masses. Focus should be on the government, not the citizens'. When we read article's like this one, its sparks arguments among us, the people. Takes focus off the true cause, and confuses the issues in minds. Yet the true effect remains unchanged. Perfectly executed plan! I'm not buying into it for one! All you who comment, you read in the first place, your not dumb, or you wouldn't have even read in the first place. Your intelligent, your opinions and the fact that you took time to write them and post them, agree or not, effect education, discussion and ultimately if persistent, change! It all a waking up effect and that's good too! Thank you! Label me what you wish... FYI... I prefer human, American by birth... I kind of think it was those who dared to disagree in the first place that founded our nation... We still have that in us! Let us not forget that one thing if anything else!
Its no surprise to me to see that the people like me who are or have been out in the work force, agree with not just my views on this subject. They are not just mine alone, but they are the truth in our minds as we see it and experience it. We go through this on a daily bases. The ones who disagree are MOSTLY but not limited to, those individual's who are unaffected by what we are saying here. I say unaffected, not literally but loosely in terms of monetary effect. Meaning if they are making more then enough to not have to worry about their next meal or a roof over their heads like a common type roof, home apartment ect, not a #$%$ house! Then they are not effected the same, TRUE, it is not the same struggle as us! I don't diminish the difficulty of survival to anyone. As you make more, your bills expand more, simple economics in life, we are human! There is a difference in struggling to live at a basic survival and needs level, then struggling to maintain a higher then average life style. One key thing that I see in the minds of those who lead, manage or even own a business or employ people, is something that amazes me in the stupidity of the minds of those in charge of things. YOU FORGET! WE ARE THE ONES WHO HANDLE YOUR FOOD, FIX YOUR CARS, BUILD YOUR HOMES AND SERVE YOU ON A DAILY BASES! YOU WOULD REALLY DO WELL TO REMEMBER THAT! WE EFFECT YOU MORE THEN YOU US! Wake up workers! This is something that is catching in thought on a large scale! This is no threat! I would not wish anything negative on anyone, but fact is fact, and people are waking up quickly. A VAST majority of the public is tired of the one sided ways! Perhaps the mindsets of those of you who can effect change, real change for the BETTER! Will awake to this fact as well... Hmmm Just a thought! Always in history, it turns out to be that the citizen's of nations make the nations what they are! When the elite and wealthy and governments fail the people, the people effect the change on their own! One way or another its always the people... Not the leaders who have their say in the end for better or worst. Why do you think things like JADE HELM are taking place? The elite are not dumb, politician's are scared, they see but do nothing to correct. Its greed! Always has been when dealing with any civilization, that ultimately collapses civilizations! So... All those who disagree who are in the positions of ownership, management and politics, you can stop this! Or is the seemingly inevitable preferable to you? I hope things get fixed, stop blaming us the people! We elect officials to DO the job of keeping the public in best interest! If we seem lazy, unreasonable and #$%$, take note, its not us that put the situation the way it is currently, it not YOU, ITS THE GOVERNMENT AND ELITE AS A WHOLE! No ONE person! Do your jobs man! If you did in the first place, this nation would be fine! That's the true failing of the USA! It cant be the people who have no political power and vast fortunes that cause things like this... its many failings at the hands of those who DO have these things! When can the poor EVER effect economy except to receive benefits put in place when intentions were just and employment was fare! ITS GOVERNMENTS FAULT THE NUMBERS ARE SO LARGE! So who is the blame on? We elect people to have the responsibility of the well being of us, all of us as a nation! Quit trying to pit us against ourselves and STAND UP AND DO THE JOB YOU WERE ELECTED TO DO and stop hiding behind the false image that we the people are to blame! So many excuses come as to why government is not at fault... business owners, management on down the chain ALL follow the example set by POLITITIONS! They sound the same now so much, so obvious it is! The real problem is our leaders! Correct that and all else will follow, I AM SURE!

I think I am one of those one in a million people who got lucky. Still if not for Okcupid I would not have met the woman I now have in my life. She is very smart and beautifull inside and out. She is EXACTLY the woman I dreamed of finding but never thought I would.We both spell horrible and you can't go by spelling skills to determin a persons intellagence as you will read further down. She wrote strange and I had to really pay attention to her words. Turns out she is a duel citezen in the US. and South Afica, so thats plenty of reason to speak different in print and speach. You can't always judge by words on a screen. Read what is being said in profiles and not just by print but meaning behind the words. The funny thing is that we only showed a 67% match. Remember the amount of questions and information that you answer and give, are a determening factor in these numbers. I answered over 100 questions and publicly at that. I wrote a good profile honestly with as much information as I would want when searching for someone. However just because I answered alot of questions and wrote alot of information, that does not mean someone els will do the same. The system goes on that information and because she did not answer as much or write as much, the match % was lower then it could have been. You can't just go by numbers or a computer to determin a match. Also cupid give information on how often one reply's to emails, don't let that discurage you if it says rarely. That just means someone is more then likley honestly interested when they do reply. Alot of ladys get hounded by players constantly, especialy if they have good picture's. You can not blame them for being choosey in who they respond to or not responding to those players at all... Would you respond to: Hey, your beautifull lets get together!.? So it kind of is not fair to give a rating on response soley because of that reason. This is a good sight and I have been on many, it is a bit of a different flavor on cupid as all sights do differ in crowd a bit. It did take alot of looking and just being who I am to find her. But it was worth every no response and all the dead ending sudden stop conversation for no reason given. I feel very luck to have met the Angel of my dreams... I have been a blue coller worker all my life, and lived pay check to pay check. I am a hapy simple man and met the same type of lady. We dated for two months and I took her out places, payed as a man should... went hiking, camping... simple stuff, walks and sunset's aswell. We fell in love quick and true. It turns out that she is damd close to being a millionair and still went to school to be a cpa. Little did I know she did that to open her own buisness and do what she loves. I will keep my job for now and live a little easyer for her being in my life. If I had judged by spelling as others did me, and just read words without taking time to listen to what was being said, I would never have met her. So yes I may be one in a million for success on a dating sight, but you could be too! Key here is to be who you are and don't change a thing to impress anyone. I simply would not want the girl of my dreams to have to change a thing about who she is to be with me or I her aswell. Problem with most on these sights is that they try to change to impress... then fail when they find out the real person underneath the change. If we all would just be true to who we are and say truth "shined up a bit but not lied about" there would be more success out there from these sights. Pictures are important! Face it! We all have to be attracted to who we respond to or email to, or we would not do so. So yes, pictures are everything on these sights and Cupid has a good program for them... the best I have seen yet. Take your best qualitys in pictures and print and show them off, this is what works. Just be honest! No one wants a surprise in a bad way! Remember, if you lie... the person your speaking with probably is too! Be honest and look for the same... I never wanted the perfect woman to the world... just perfect for me! I found her... And I have to give Okcupid credit for that!

I wrote a review about this sight some time ago. I would like to now add to that! Since finding out all the information I have on not just this sight, many date sights! I have actually found a fun way to bust these people good! I made a sport out of it as a matter of fact! I now have contributed over 100 names and dozens of pictures of scammers onto antiscam web sights! I string them along like they try to do to you, and get every ounce of information that I can out of them. All the pictures I can get and report it all on the antiscam sights. There are many too! And we are making it very hard for this practice to be so easy these days!. Here are some fun things you can do if you do not wish to be as involved as I now am, understandable too. But after all you are on the internet searching for someone to date or fall in love with anyway. Some of the reason you are there is also for something to do, entertainment in what seems to be a constructive way that could benefit you right? Well lets have some fun then and be entertained without getting scammed or letting yourself believe some lies you may only find out later are lies. This works male or female and is fun as hell! You will laugh your butt off too, guaranteed!
Ok #1... Girl emails you says bla bla bla... Your answers need make no sense if its a foreign scammer lets find out... Go right for the punch! They will only do the same in time to you anyway..."The one in a million falling in love at first sight gag"... Let her email you... play the game and just wait, two days MAX... Then out of the blue say: I think I love you! They will eat that up! Now you know if they reply with anything that isn't WTF! You know its fake! That's setting the bait on YOUR hook!
#2... Set up another email just for this type of thing! Give them that email address, they ALL want you off sight so they can get your email and any other information on you that they can. Once you got that done and they are emailing you on it. Wait for the hardship story to come... it will too! Mom will nedd a kidney transplant because of a rare midgets desies only found in pigmys but she contracted it by a one in eight billion chance or some BS like that. Then your response: Im sorry mom has rabies from being bitten by Jack the Ripper and her cloths fell off last night during the noon sun, I would love to help how can I? Do you need money? An educated American or English speaking person will immediately question that fast right? Bet you get YES! All they see when foreign is the DO YOU NEED MONEY! Fun Fun Fun! :) It gets better!
#3... I am rich! Let them talk and email you, say nothing of your finances or job for real. Hint... IE: slip in that your driver is here and you have to go to an appointment now and then... or I have to go soon but I have time to talk for a few minutes to YOU... OxxO... Then after a minute or two tell them there is a problem at the company and you have to go lay down the law again... When asked what you do tell them your in business management, that's all too. Watch them in subsequent emails just bite at the bit trying to get the information out of you! Don't give in either! String them and ask them for pics, make them write poems by saying you love that... TAKE THEIR TIME AS MUCH AS YOU CAN... MAKE THEM WORK! They hate that! Give it back to them they are scammers they deserve it and its the only satisfaction you will get! Report ALL information they give to antiscam sights especially photos and names, once they are on those sights, that identity if DONE! They have to work hard to make another! Do that when they or you are finally finished playing only! These antiscam sights are our best defense for these foreign scam networks and domestic and they ARE making a big impact too! They are mostly free!
#4 "HOWS THE WEATHER?" Wherever they say they are from, start each conversation with how's the weather after you go and look at the current weather there. That on is simple and works awesome mostly. They may guess right now and then but surley you will get them I guarantee you. Foreigners just don't get the weather channel people! We do!
#5... The reverse phone look up! No its not free... but if you go to one inparticular I know of but cant say here... look up its the most popular one at top of page usually... Tyoe in the number and if in the US... It will show a map showing exact location to you without any other information you have to pay for! Coooool hu! Now play with that one while they say they are in another town or something like that!
#6 If you can get an address, international or domestic this works well... Tell them you want to send them something hand written so they actually can have something you touched and made for them... What sweety wouldn't want that right? Now go GOOGLE EARTH IT! Then tell them you did that and start talking about all the awesome landmarks and parks ECT "whatever applies" When the just agree how nice they are... slip a few in from another close by country! Or state... comment on those... lol Bet its amazing how much they love them and they are so close by to them... LOLOL
For domestic scammers this stuff can be modified, your creative run with it... ITS A SPORT! Entertain friends even! Have fun!
#7... If you actually find the name and or profile on antiscam sights... don't say a thing, just slip one of the aliases names in once in a wile when talking to them and watch it go mostly unnoticed!
You can get a lot of information online these days. As I said, never use your real address or email. Set up one, when you do you will see how much porno spam you start getting to it. This applies evne to the legit sights like Okstupid and Plenty Of Fools! They spam the hell out of you!
I will post more of this stuff if I get a good responses to this post so if you like this pleas thumbs up it! Mostly enjoy yourself, like all the sights say in the small print if you read "ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY" :) They don't say how that can work for you. Just don't degrade yourself and be correct. You don't have to stoop to their level. If they go off sight with you... OPEN SEASON AND HAPPY HUNTING HOWEVER YOU SEE FIT! Scammers are scum that use love to abuse and steel, how low... bottom feeders!
I would like to say this one last thing to you all:
Not all are fakes! Not all are scammers! I don't want to see anyone abused who isn't abusing! So PLEASE... Use some of those tricks lightly at first and if the red flags flying, be sure! Then have at it! You can slip some of these trick into conversation and back out with an excuse quick and harmless... Be sure before you go at it hard, no one deserves to be hurt or abused for trying to find love right? The whole reason you looked in the first place at these sights is to do the same, in whatever form fits you. Were not here to judge just learn to love one another... that's life's meaning...
