Signed up today with the small bid package thought I was getting special unlimited bids until you win your first auction,,, turns out that one and ONLY package doesn't get the "bottomless Bid" special (read fine print)... so I contacted support. They said "we understand your frustration" but too bad (would have gladly paid the difference to the next package). I told them this was a scam and deceitful and would report them to BBB. Support then told me I was dishonest, refunded my money and banned me from the site... UnhappyBidDay

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with HappyBidDay. I took the time to review your correspondence with our Customer Support Representative in regard to the situation you have explained in your review. As it was explained to you, the bid package you purchased did not include the Bottomless Bids Guarantee as this bid package did not contain the icon specified at the top of the page. We specifically avoid any fine print to prevent this confusion during the time of purchase. Also, a message was displayed to you prior to check out confirming your purchase for a bid package which did not contain the Guarantee which allowed you the option to alter your selection for a different bid package which you chose not to do. In your messages, you repeatedly accused our company of being a scam, which it is not. In an effort to rectify the situation since you expressed your extreme unhappiness with your purchase, we agreed to refund you your bid pack purchase. At this time, you were removed from our website due to your unrelenting false accusations. If you have any further questions, you can contact us at support@happybidday.com.
