M: I cannot track my order. It seems that no delivery made that's why I will make refund.

M: I heard three times already that excuse of "1-2 day waiting".
A: it is weekends now, could you please check again on Monday?
M: What if no update on monday, what will be your assurance?
A: please contact with us again, we will check with logistics and manager and reply you a solution
M: I want action now!
A: logistics and manager are rest during weekends.
A: so hope your could be more patient
M: You are making us foolish with your excuses, we are not that dumb enough

Customer representive are insensitive to the issue they are facing, they will turn away the issue and provide insufficient information. Worst, Making us foolish of waiting in vain or logged off immediately.
