Customer representive are insensitive to the issue they are facing, they will turn away the issue and provide insufficient information. Worst, Making us foolish of waiting in vain or logged off immediately.

For your order 10932054, we sent out the parcel to our local post office on 16th Dec. And the post office sent out the parcel on 21st Dec.
It usually takes about 2-4 business days to be delivered via Expedited Shipping Service.
