Placed an order on 02/12/16 was told I would receive an email after my initial order confirmation email to let me know that the order shipped. UH no email received. Checked on line a few days later and it says fully shipped. BUT THEY DON'T provide actual tracking like from USPS or Fedex! What company doesn't do that? Called their customer service department. WAITED ON HOLD FROM MY CELL PHONE FOR 45 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP. What a joke! Called the next day and needless to say still waiting on hold..
