“The worst experience i've ever had in my life!”

The worst experience i've ever had in my life! They sold my tickets (priced £145x2) instead of some guy's tickets (priced £170x2) and start pressing me for the commitments of that guy. Customer support doesn't answer phone calls. Buyer payed £340 i've got £255, stubhub got 12 % commissions plus difference £25 per ticket! AVOID!
