I have figured out how Publishers Clearing House never awards the "mega prize" with their "special early looks." All the numbers for the "special early looks" have to be returned by a certified date. Then all the numbers are fed into a computer. Then PCH has the computer churn out a "winning number" that does NOT match any of the returned ones, so they can honestly say "the winning number was not returned." This has happened all last year and now twice this year. Just wait--the August "special early look" won't result in anybody winning the" $5000 a week for life and then $5000 a year for the life of someone you choose," either. This is just a scam to drum up business through the life of the sweepstakes. I have already contacted the Federal trade Commission about this and I hope they put a stop to this!
