After hours and I do mean hours of editing this video for my nieces birthday tomorrow, I try to download to my computer so that I can burn it, and it pops up with a 30.00 charge, this site is very misleading as it tells you its free, every other editing sites lets you know ahead of time if you are going to be charged! So Disappointing

Hello Victoria. A lot of Kizoa is free: you can create collages and movie, save them to your Kizoa account, and share them online as a free user and you can even download movies of up to 1 minute in length. A Premium membership is needed to download longer movies. I have, however, requested your movie for download so you will be receiving the link via email. Could you please let us know where you were told that Kizoa was free, as this does not appear anywhere on our site? We do also provide a detailed summary of our membership features on our homepage and under the orange Lifetime Premium button in your account.
