I ordered off Sammy dress A MONTH AGO MARCH 9th!
Never got any feedback to the numerous emails ive sent, the phone calls or live chat option is a joke itself.
I needed one of my purchases for a event that i had to go and purchase a new dress for.
THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAMMY. ( note my sarcasm)
A month and no update on my order but my credit card was charged for it the day of the purchase.
It\s now up to the fraud department to deal with the headaches this company so generously provides.
Stay clear, unless you live next door you'll loose your money and never get what you paid for.
