I ordered 2 tshirts from mean threads for my partners Xmas... they said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive as they were coming from over seas. I waited over 2 months in total after calling them several times for it to either ring out or tell me the number wasn't recognised. I then emailed them to get nothing back! Choosing my last resort of contact on their website I decided to Facebook message them. I was answered with FAKE tracking details which led me to some Chinese website and they gave me two options to click on when I got to this site however none existed so I told them this and asked for help to which I was ignored! Finally one of the tshirts came with the invoice for both items and eventually the second one came about a week after. What made the whole thing worse was the material was so cheap and awful not what I paid for at all and looked nothing like it does on the site as well as being so late after Xmas I couldn't give them as a gift even if I wanted to! Lots of others I've spoken too in the same boat or worse!

I purchased a pair of boots from justfab a couple of months ago for around £8... or so I thought! I then read my invoice stating they were £35 but on my bank statement only £8 had come out. Checked my statement last night to find they have taken £35 from my account each month since buying the boots which I wouldn't have bought for £35 to begin with! So I call and get through to some girl called 'Tanya' who finds this highly amusing and tries to offer me 20% off my next shop! I politely told her where to stick it and asked she returned my money since I have no recollection of joining some VIP rubbish but she would not give me my £70 back! I paid through PayPal and not sure how to get it back! Can anyone help?
