I asked them questions about 2 specific items, and their availability status and back to stock notification, the useless rep did nothing but copy paste me a sentence "Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about new arrivals, restocks, special offers, last call items, and promotions! " The idiot (Andrea R) didn't even try to answer my questions at all... You guys should probably hire someone who can at least read or doesn't hate this job!
Tip for consumers:
There are bunch more other cruelty-free and affordable cosmetic brands. Might as well skip this one since they don't even care about their customers.
