I purchased items over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I received an email stating the items were shipped and I can track them. However, the tracking number does not exist and is not found. I tried verifying the status from the ericdress.com web site and it doesn't work either. There is no way to track the delivery of the order. Nor have I received the items. I didn't place a big order due to some of the reviews I read, in hopes of not having a bad experience. Still waiting to hear from the customer service dept. Unfortunately, I believe the reviews are true. I definitely will not order from this site again.
