1) twice they have not processed returns when my food never even arrived
2) their customer service is slow, inefficient and rude (you eventually give up it's so slow)
3) they will send you codes that don't work and then charge you the full amount without notifying you that the discount wasn't applied
Really the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't have come back ever, except having my cc on file has helped when I can't find my card. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and I recommend others do as well.
