I BOUGHT A DRESS OVER A MONTH AGO AND THEY STILL PROCESSING IT. I CANT CALL AND THEY WONT RESPOND BACK. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AFTER I GET MY RUFUND. ON TOP OF THAT I PAID FOR SHIPPING WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY ITEM.

We have reached out to personally apologize for what happened. From time to time with thousands of shipments there will be an occasional issue with shipping. Our procedure is designed to handle situations like this one quickly and efficiently.
