SHOPPERS AWARE! Incredibly frustrating experience, several times over, so shame on me. Crooked business dealings. Wrong product shipped and no refund being offered. Blame is on Hautelook's partners... Check their Facebook page for the complaints and hopefully you will not fall victim to this company. Bad bad bad all around. How do they train managers of their customer service department to be so bad? WOW
