I e-mailed Zara about a bag to see if they would get any in stock in the future as I really wanted it as a christmas gift, and they got back to me fairly quickly, specifically saying that the item is not rescheduled to come back into stock and sorry for any inconvenience - therefore I cannot get it, right? The overpriced bag was expensive as it was, but because I wanted it so badly, I paid £60.00 extra to get it shipped from a Zara in another country to the U. K. Not even less than 24 hours, Zara, who told me they were not stocking up on this item, has restocked and has been in full stock of this bag ever since *(over a month now). I wrote a letter of complaint and called Zara customer services, where a lady explained to me that what the e-mail should of said is that there is a chance of it being restocked but it isn't yet confirmed. I told the lady that this is a mistake on Zara's behalf on not being clear and she happily agreed and told me there will be some offers for me to try make up for the excessive loss of money I have encountered for Zara's mistake. Less than 24 hours later, Zara got back to me simply stating "there is nothing Zara can offer you, sorry for any inconvenience" - is that a joke? So not only have I wasted money ordering from another country being told complete rubbish, but i've wasted time calling and leaving e-mails to be given a pathetic response (no sign of these offers that the lady on the phone guranteed). I then wrote an angry e-mail expressing my disatisfaction with the company that I have been fashion blogging about, and shopping at for years to be given another useless email saying "sorry for the inconvience, we will work to avoid this issue in the future". So in the future you will prevent it happening to other customers, but it took an underage girl to be £60.00 out of pocket for you to realise this. The staff in the store in my local area are also very rude and impolite, the customer service here is the worst. I also bought a top with a huge stain and they refused to knock any money off, once I asked if I can return it the stain doesn't come out they agreed and said they would write it on the recipt - I then returned it as it wouldn't come out and they told me I'm not entitled to a refund as there is nobody who works here with the signature on the recipt, suggesting I did it myself! I told them to check CCTV and they took my number down and said they would call me, two months later still nothing. I also bought a £100.00 voucher for my brother, wrote on the value and got rid of the recipt for christmas - when he went to use it, it said it was invalid or it hadn't been activated and they told me there is nothing they can do. ANOTHER MISTAKE MADE BY ZARA WHERE I HAVE LOST OUT ON MONEY! Basically, Zara owe me £160 + refund for the stain on my top.
