I ordered two pairs of jeans, two purses, and preordered the Bella Trix booties. All items came as described and had no issue with the shipping as I received the items with in two days on both occasions. The issue for me came with the VIP Membership charge. I was fully aware that I would be charged the $39.95 per month. I made the decision to call and cancel my membership after I received my items, because I had no interest in paying $40. I called and they persuaded me to "give them a chance" and disclosed to me that I would always have the opportunity to skip a month if I wasn't interested in paying he $40.00 for that month. Shortly after ending the phone call, I made sure to skip the month. However, two weeks after my purchase (on the 5th) I was charged $39.95. This angered me beyond belief because I knew for a fact that I skipped a month and this put me into the negative with my Bank! I called JustFab to ask for a refund, because I was sure I had skipped the month. They claimed that I did not "successfully" skip the month and no refund could be issued because it is store credit. How does that make sense? At first, I was just going to use the $39.95 because it was "too late" as they said, so I decided to purchase a bag. I canceled this order right after, canceled my account and the $39.95 credit was removed from my JustFab account (but I never received a refund from them). I called my bank and opened a dispute. The investigation from my bank took two month's but they came to the conclusion that JustFab was in the wrong. This was extremely disappointing because I actually like the items on the site, just not how they conduct business.
