Well here I am again complaining about this company twice they have ripped me off, never again will I buy from DHGATE, just recently I purchase a ebike not thinking on how expensive they truly are. Thinking I was getting a good deal at just over $200, I tracked my item waiting for it was in customs for 10 days when it was released it started being shipped east instead of west where I am, I tracked it for that day and saw my item with my tracking number being shipped to saint Josephs NB, I contacted my card company they gladly refunded my money back, just today I noticed on statement that money was rebilled back to seller, I called the card company and said they got a letter from DHGATE stating the item was delivered to Canada, yes this is true was delivered to Canada just not to my address or province, so now I have to fax a letter to card company stating that I or anyone I know did not receive the item with what ever pics I have, once again I do not live or dose anyone I know live in NB as I live in BC, anyway lesson learned not to buy from them they ripped me off twice, don't you get burned either.

I bought what I thought was a projection wristband Bluetooth being able to project image of your phone on your arm and being a control it on your arm, what arrived was a smartwatch but the picture showed something totally different, they even called it a FUTURISTIC LASER WRIST BAND, I tried to get my money back they would not return it as they say I got what was in the picture. I put a claim in with PayPal to try and retrieve my money back so I escalated my claim with PayPal and ask that I send the item back, which I did cost me $35.78t to ship back to China but PayPal said they would give up to $30 back on shipping cost, I shipped the item gave my tracking number to pay PayPal and 4 days later I get an email back from PayPal saying the claim was decided for the seller as the tracking number I gave was untrackable, so I lost $54.00 plus the item was shipped back and on top I paid $35.78 for shipping so Im out $90cnd for nothing so buyer beware of betasaur they are cons from China and will rip you off as they had done to me.

Ive ordered and paid for an item its been over one week and still says processing, to me that is a little ridiculous on processing considering I pay extra to get it here faster. When I sell to customers online, my processing time is 2 days max. If it takes this long I might not order again too slow

Well here we go again another saga about an online Chinese company which is called everbuying a part of globalproducts, this is the second time I've had to deal with globalproducts first was gearbest which they all affiliated, I have been waiting for almost 45 days 30 of those days being business days for a smartwatch to come that I had bought and paid for November 25th, they shipped it using Hungary post, sense they had shipped it using Hungary post it still to this day says 2014/12/12 12:39 HUBUDA, Hungary International item processed in originating country t
12:39 HUBUDA, Hungary International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada 11:24 HU1005, Hungary International item mailed in originating country, I have called Canada post they said I need to call the shipper of course I contact them all they keep saying is wait as it said says written by other reviews they brush you off, I would like my money now but they said wait till January 15th I'm done waiting, I understand shipping is free but no one should need to wait this long for a product not to arrive, I've ordered from DX.com after I put this order in its already arrived and shipping is free, I'm not sure why globalproducts shipping aka Everbuying is so bad, I'm also not sure what there thinking but if they want to keep costumers they better get there act together, This is my first review till I see action and get my money back there will be many more reviews here and Facebook if I don't get money back fast.
