I placed an order on 12/9/15 for a Christmas gift for my wife and I have yet to see any status on shipment on my order. I have been in contact with their "customer service dept" multiple times now and still have not received any concrete evidence that I will be receiving my package before Christmas.
I will be requesting a full refund if I don't hear back from them TODAY.
This company is a complete waste of time and money. Their "deals" sound legit, but their customer service lacks greatly and is jsut a waste in general!
