Purchased 4 tickets for showing at 1:30 PM for the following day. When fandango sent me email confirmation it showed for current day. I immediately made phone call notifying fandango of the mistake, simply asking them to please change the date. They referred me to their policy. I asked to speak with supervisor to discuss. They forwarded me to voicemail. They have yet to return my call. It's unacceptable customer service. Movie theaters, stop doing business with fandango!
