Both of the previous reviewers are correct.
This game totally sucks, at one time it was fun but with recent changes made to the game they have made it completely unplayable. I don't recommend this game to anyone. They charge you money for to get your castles to endgame. That's multiplied times 3. For level 16-20 you are either forced to stop at level 15, or spend hundreds of dollars per castle to get to 20. You used to be able to get blueprints, you need these to build your castle to 20, on the wheel of fortune. But they removed them from the Wheel and now you can only buy them.
Then there is the bugs. The developers most of the time don't fix the bugs, and when they do they just add new bugs to replace the ones they fixed. Back in the early days of the game cheaters were able to get lot of rep due to a bug in the game. Their fix for this, years later, was to punish the rest of their players. They instituted a rep cap, making sure everyone could only get so much, and above a certain rank even loose so much a day. They didn't roll back the cheaters, to give everyone a fair chance at being in the top 10. Of the Hall of Fame To this day the Cheaters are still in the top 10 of the Hall of Fame.
Recently, in what they call an effort to balance the game, they cut production of resources. No one could feed their armies any longer. For players to be able to feed their armies they had to cut them at least by half. On top of that in the same maintenance they add a new dungeon requiring army sizes that most players no longer had.
It is my honest opinion that anyone reading these reviews should find a different game to play. I'm currently playing Lord of Ultima. You don't have to spend money to get to endgame, which is something I like. I highly suggest you find another game other then World of Lordcraft, whether it be LoU or some other game as WoL is a waste of your time.
More than 3 million people use GoodRx to save on their prescriptions every month. In our experience, SiteJabber attracts the very, very few people who like to write negative reviews and, more importantly, these reviewers never respond when we attempt to help them resolve their issues (which we can!). So... we don't respond to comments here any more. Please email info@goodrx.com if you'd like help. Thanks.
