God awful services; communication is really bad. One would think once I hired a property manager, my stress level would ease. Now I learned, I had to manage the property manager.
First, I had to remind them the date they needed to take over my property from the previous property manager, obviously, they forgot.
Second, they let the tenants dictated the walk through. They lack basic knowledge of water treatment, example, if you have a well.
Third, communication is just lacking. I inquired what services was done to my property since the bills has been deducted from my deposit. Oh yes, they said, is available in the owner portal. Okay, where is the link, and how do I get my ID or login. Expected they will send me instructions, nothing, called, left more voice-mails.

I've been on that site almost a year now. I've found honest women on it that are looking for a relationship. But since my tenure at Elena'smodel. I did see professional daters. Women whom can write and speak perfect English. They on there pretty much 8AM-5PM... Just pay attentions on the individual online and you guys will see a pattern.

I hired this lawyer to take my son's mother to court because she tried to committed suicide. To back me up her own parents supported me and the grandparents was in court to support me... It started great, we had the judge on our side. Judge saw how the grandparents took care of my son and support their ungrateful daughter. And I in returned paid large sum of monthly child support and health care.

Until my former lawyer recommended "Gaurdium ad litem" and it went downhill from there. The gaurdium ad litem defended the child and they will always sided with the mother since the child lives with the mother full time hence the bonds between mother and child.

My so called lawyer did not known this... The reports from Gaurdim ad litem will carry great influence in court decision. Unless one can prove the mother is a drunk, addict, or an abusive... I wasted $20K plus in legal fees.

Not recommended... the fees will drive you into the poor house. Half of the girls will string you along so you will pay more to talk to them. The challenges here is to weed out which girl is honest and with good attention. Obviously, it will costs us men boatload of credits/money to find out who is who.
